My client is one of the world's most successful distributors of high-performing Electronic Components across the EMEA region. It is a full service, industry leading, global supply chain partner with over 35 years of experience as an electronic components distributor. The company provides data driven supply chain solutions to customers challenged with shortage, inventory and supply chain management needs.
The company is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing office in Budapest professional to help with their expansion plans for Hungary and Romania. The role of Senior Account Manager is sales and target focused. You will responsible for selling Component Solutions to Computer OEM'S, building new clients in Europe's most vibrant emerging market, mapping out customers, cold callings, presenting solid solutions to clients, encompassing Supply, modernisation, shortages, product monitoring and dealing with after-sales.
- A minimum of 3 years' B2B Sales experience in the electronics or electrical manufacturing industry, across the given region - in this case Hungary and/or Romania.
- Preferably this experience will come from the distribution side - either franchised, or in a Broker environment, selling to OEM's in industries like Computing, IT, Engineering, Energy for example;
- Proven experience of success in fast-paced Sales - can approach a new client and present them with a technical product or solution, manage the bidding and quoting process and manage the after-sales and relationship thereafter;
- Fluent in Hungarian, as well as English, both written and oral;
- You enjoy cold-calling, selling over the phone and you are a natural hunter and deal-closer
- Willing to travel - this role will see you travelling over 40% of the time, so you must be prepared to do this!
- You are persistent, proactive and have a lot of energy, a driven sales person and you are comfortable selling over the phone and approach Corporate, A-List clients
