What you'll do....

Joining a highly-energetic team in their Berlin HQ for Germany, you'll be responsible for the cold-acquisition and approach to SMB/MKB organisations who own Vehicle-fleets - think Courier-companies, Construction, Taxi or Limo-services for example.

Using your sales and Business development prowess, you'll be selling the Company's integrated Software-platform and hardware solution, that allows Management teams to monitor and streamline their fleet use, safety, efficiency. It will be your role to build up rapport with potential clients and generate qualified appointments for the Field Sales team, who will meet the Prospect to deliver a technical presentation.

This is a fast-paced role, where you will work with management to set targets, define specific market-territories and celebrate success with your colleagues in what is already a high-performing team!

The ideal candidate will have:
  • New business sales experience
  • Native-level or Fluent-level German is also essential for this role, as you will only approach German-speaking clients; 
  • 1 -  2 years’  sales experience ( Ideally outbound sales, call center or insurance sales )  
  • Experience selling software solutions is a bonus but not essential;
  • Previous experience cold calling and lead generating as standard;
  • You will have a natural 'hunter' mentality, will be tenacious and have a strong-personality!
  • Good listener Enthusiastic, a high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and a confident approach to closing business
