Country Marketing Manager
Our client provides a cloud-based field service solution that allows users to organize schedules, manage and track job progress and manage the dispatching process.
Users can also generate reports to analyze business activity. Their GPS fleet management software can help your business reduce fuel costs, improve productivity and customer service.
Purpose of Position and Business Impact:  Ownership of the country Marketing function and unit contribution
  • Exercise adequate project management skills to coordinate and implement a broad range of marketing campaigns and communication projects.
  • Work with central marketing teams to deliver digital marketing & digital communications including management of the local website, ensuring regular fresh and compelling content is published.
  • Provide a broad range of communications and marketing support to the organization using traditional media, including but not limited to online marketing, sales collateral, direct mail, postcards, events, corporate communication, and external media alerts.
  • Build relations with central marketing and leverage content generated in that area, as well as generate local content.
  • Deliver high-impact marketing that leads to outcomes such as lead acquisition and sales conversion.
  • Own new business lead generation for the local market, develop skills to analyze best practice and most effective activities. Demonstrate proficiency in Eloqua (Email automation) and Salesforce (CRM)
Organizational Relationships:
  • Reports directly to the Director of Marketing for Europe and Australia
  • Works closely with sales leaders and teams
  • Works in conjunction with European peers and central U.S teams to support and drive local sales activity
Minimum Requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Marketing degree or similar qualification
  • 5 years’ experience in a marketing environment and lead generation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company with clear sales targets
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with Sales Teams and leaders
  • Proficient in using CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Eloqua)
