My client is are a fast-growing and ambitious software company that specializes in user feedback on all digital touchpoints. Their clients then use those insights to improve and optimize their websites, apps or emails. Big brands like Philips, CNN, Tommy Hilfiger & KLM are already doing it.
 
They are searching for a Full 360 New Business Account Manager DACH, you are responsible for the essential steps of the sales cycle. In your role, you are always in touch with leading digital and product management stakeholders.
 
Your activities cover a broad spectrum; from software demonstration, customer-oriented case conception, project management, to contract negotiation and conclusion.
 
This is what a normal working day looks like:
 
  • You deal with the challenges of digitizing potential customers.
  • Based on their software you develop individual and value-oriented solutions, and for the interested party.
  • You always have the revenue responsibility in the form of monthly goals in mind and accept the challenge consciously.
  • You will work in their new office in Berlin. Occasionally you travel to trade fairs and prospects/customers or HQ in Amsterdam.
  • You build on the telephone, email but also in-person customer relations.
  • You work closely with your German-speaking colleagues to coordinate the market activities always.
  • You hold sales presentations and introduce their clients to solutions, inspiring existing customers.
  • Have fun, be creative and bring yourself and your uniqueness into building the German organization
 
 
 
Requirements
Your skills:
 
  • I have more than 3 years of sales experience, identity with the tech industry and ideally bring SaaS experience
  • The native language is German, but I also speak English fluently
  • Experience with agencies, third parties and consultants is an advantage
  • Well connected on professional social media portals but also privately and have extensive experience that I can use specifically for sales purposes
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • Solution-oriented
  • Excellent communicator and, above all, to communicate successfully. For customer appointments, by phone or on-site, comfortable and secure. Persuasion is one of your personal strengths
  • Both in the team and independently, I work reflected, analytical and goal-oriented
