Due to development of a certain product range, in particular their Intercom Security solutions, they are looking for a new Product Manager to join their BeNeLux team and take the lead on project-specific sales and Marketing projects for this particular range.
Your role will have multiple responsibilities and you will engage with diverse stakeholders, both within the business - other sales colleagues, Marketing,Product-development, R&D, Executivel Management etc. - and outside the business - clients, distribution partners - to ensure your particular product portfolio is sold and developed effectively, from product creation process till end of life and end of service moment.
Whilst an important Consultative role within this Business Unit of the organisation and whilst the role will require some project management responsibilities, the role will require you to use your Sales & Commercial skills, to bring new ideas about how sales can be advanced! The role will mostly be based in the Client's Hoofddorp office, with regional Travel.

Having over 30,000 professionals worldwide, The company are very-profitable and invest this specifically in R&D, so their products are always leading the industry, but also importantly are strategically designed for their clients expectations.
They have a state-of-the-art facility in the Schipol area of Amsterdam, with scope to build on their current facilities, to help grow the business.
Their security hardware is prevalent in industries such as Finance, Transportation, local-government and Education for example and they develop their products with fantastic software Infrastructure, all related to AI, Biometrics and IoT. They are also seen as an excellent International Employer and they have built up an excellent culture within Europe with offices in Germany, Poland, Spain and France!

Requirements of the role:
- A minimum of 5 years Product Sales or Product-Management experience in the Security or Security-hardware Industry is Essential;
- Excellent Project management skills and able to coordinate targeted product-marketing campaigns is also Essential;
- You must be fluent in both Dutch and English, written and oral; Essential;
- Previous experience of sales or marketing with Intercom products would be advantageous, however at least a knowledge of integrated security solutions is required;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to manage relationships, both inside and outside the organisation;
- You must have a strong interest in security technology and able to keep updated on product-developments in the Company and wider Industry;
