My client are looking to hire an experienced Sales Account manager, with a previous experience of trading electronic components in the US, based ideally in Florida. You will join a team of around 15 sales professionals, with varying levels of experience and sell component solutions including obsolescence, shortages and hard-to-find components.
Your role will be to reach out to new clients - OEM's and EMS Companies for example, to offer them a component and supply-chain solution for their Manufacturing projects.
You will be a natural sales 'hunter', but also have excellent account-management skills, able manage the sales process throughout. You will be required to travel to meet with your customers, to manage the relationship and will ensure you are promoting the brand effectively;
Denovo's client is a 20+ year old veteran of sourcing and supplying Electronic Components and computer hardware, including IC's and board-components, with their HQ in Austin, Texas. They have an impecable record for Quality, an excellent reputation amongst their clients and are in long-term supply relationships with some of the world's most-successful OEM's and EMS companies in Aviation, Defence, Energy for example.

Skills you'll need...
- Ideally you will be educated to Degree level, however this is not essential;
- A minimum of 3 years' successful sales/trading experience in the electronic components industry across the US - essential;
- Ideally you will have worked for an Independent Distributor, in a brokerage manner, but if not it would be good to have worked for a Franchised Distributor, an EMS/OEM capacity in a fast-paced sales environment;
-You must be a natural sales 'hunter' - you seek out solid sales opportunities and are able to enage with key-stakeholders;
- Previous experience of selling technical, or complex solutions is a must, as you will not be selling a transactional product;
- You will be well-networked in the industry and able to build up business opportunities from within your network;
- You must be based in Florida, or at least have successful experience of selling into Manufacturers in the State of Florida;
- You must have a strong eye for quality, able to uphold the client's excellent reputation and commitment to the customer;
- As standard the right to live and work in the United States is essential;
