What you'll do...

Our client is part of a boutique, but rapidly-growing electronic components trader -whose efforts landed them in a highly-impressive position in the world's top 50 Component Distributor's table - who are currently looking for two energetic New Accounts Executives, for their offices in central Haarlem.

Selling state-of-the-art Electronic Component solutions, that perform in high-pressure environments - aviation, defence, medical, hi-tech for example - you will present a solid solution to clients. This will encompass Sourcing, Supply, modernisation and product monitoring, as well as a professional guarantee.

This role will see you (for the most part at the beginning), identifying leads, cold-calling new prospects and presenting an affordable solution that will be more competitive than the competitors offer. Whilst this is a pure sales role,you will be required to think and sell technical solutions.

Skills you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' demonstrable B2B sales, ideally in a technical Industry, BUT all industries will be considered;
  • Fluent in English and preferably another language like Italian, Turkish, Russian, Polish, German, Spanish or Hungarian;
  • You are a driven sales person - comfortable selling over the phone, ready and willing to pick up a completely cold desk and turn your clients into tangible, high-returning partners.
  • You are not scared to communicate, don't look for the easy options and are hard-working.
  • You have a lot of energy and confidence and can approach Corporate, A-List clients.
  • Happy to work from the office in Amsterdam - there will also involve international travel to your customers in the Country you cover.
  • Can work to KPI's, budgets and want to succeed.
  • Obviously well organised, IT literate with a second nature in effectively managing your time.
  • Willing to travel to locations around Europe to meet with would-be prospects.
