What you'll do...

Joining our client based in Amsterdam-Zuidoost, you will be responsible to approaching new Strategic Customers - top 100 companies in the Netherlands in Industries like Banking, Transport, Technology and Engineering for example - to offer them expert Consultancy services.

The company's main focus is IT infrastructure, SMART networks, Digital Transformation services, offering full project services and their own talented IT Consultants to Clients, undergoing IT projects. Their solution is solid, supported by highly-experienced IT talent and experience and in 2018, they look to ramp up their Strateigc Partner portfolio.

You will put together a solid business development plan and approach new Cold-prospects and cients, to offer them a range of solutions. You will manage the process through contract negotiation, to sign-off, managing the relationship, before moving on to the next big fish! You will be required to travel to meet clients of course, but your business is over the phone - selling solutions, so you will need to be technically-minded!

Skills you'll need...

- You must be Degree Educated - HBO at least, but MBO also good - in an IT, Digital or Business discipline - as you are selling technical IT services, you will need to know what you're talking about!

- 7 - 10 years solid Business Development and Sales experience selling IT solutions - IT Consulting, Cyber-Security, Digital transformation, Data Protection & Management, Network Infrastructure, HR solutions for example;

- You are a motivated sales professional - you have the 'hunter' mentality and are motivated by picking up the phone to call Customers;

- Have successfully done business with large, corporate companies in the Netherlands and can bring with you a network - Banks, Transport, Engineering etc.

- It is important you have worked in an IT Consultancy or implementations environment before - you understand the market pace and pressures!

- You are fluent in Dutch and preferably English, written and oral;

- You are a motivated professional who is passionate about growth opportunities - no 9 - 5 mentality.

- An excellent base salary between €60,000 and €75,000 depending on experience;
