Joining our client at the European Sales HQ in South Amsterdam, you will focus on selling integrated IT services - for both soft and harware - to Medium and large sized businesses in some of Europe's emerging markets. The customers may be in Finance, education or technology for example! You will inherit a small amount of accounts (10%), but your main focus will be to learn your geographical regiona, generate your own leads and new business prospects and sell them a tailored or integrated IT solution. For new prospects, you will be responsible for the 360 sales process including hunting, proposing, negotiating and of course closing. You will keep on top of the Portfolio of products, providing a consultative sales model to advise your Customers. Skills you'll need... - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent. Must be fluent in both Dutch and English - any other language (particularly French) knowledge would be useful. 3-5 years B2B Sales experience, selling to Medium to Large sized Organisations. This experience can be in a Technical Industry, preferably for technology or IT, however not essential. You will have high-energy, comfortable with making 50+ sales calls to prospects on a daily basis and communicate strongly and confidently. You will be a strong planner - able to identify, chase and close down leads and solid business opportunities. Excellent sales and commercial acumen - confident either on the phone or face-to-face with your clients. On offer for you... A good starting bonus salary - €3000 - €4,000. An excellent Commission scheme, based on performance - top performers can expect an OTE somewhere between €90,000 - €120,000 per year Healthcare and travel allowance within the Netherlands as standard.
