The company are well recognised across the world for their industry experience along with their market insight and pro-active approach. Due to successful business and an accelerating growth path, they are now seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the organisation. The role will include:Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of the company's key accounts.Identifying and developing all new business opportunities within your given territory.Target-focused activity to ensure above-peer-group sales and GP growth year-on-year.Developing and reporting a strong sales pipeline, working towards set target's and KPI's.Development and delivery of presentations across relevant industry events to grow the brand. The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience within a similar sales position: the ability to win new business and manage accounts.Experience within electronic components is advantageous.Great communication skills and confidence with face to face selling and negotiating at all levels of seniority within customers.Ability to think strategically, and develop plans independently.Great organisation skills and high attention to detail.Ability to participate and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
