Business Development Executive - Software as a service

Based in Warsaw, Poland

My client is a global leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS). This is a unique opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join the high performing sales team. The company offer a competitive salary, uncapped commission with an OTE of 75,000K or more, along with ongoing support and training throughout your career and the opportunity to quickly progress with the business.

The role will include:

  • Generating qualified appointments with key stakeholders who have decision making authority
  • Maintaining sales funnel of high-value leads that meet BANT criteria Surpasses personal targets
  • Maximise territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, identifying needs and demand creation
  • Generating new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals
  • Converting leads to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with company's solutions
  • Working closely with sales management to prioritise opportunities and execute sales strategies to exceed quota expectations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • New business sales experience
  • 2-3 years B2B/B2C
  • Experience selling software solutions is a bonus but not essential
  • Experience working in both independent and team environments is essential Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience cold calling and lead generating
  • Good listener Enthusiastic, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and a confident approach to closing business
  • Native Polish
