Business Development Manager

The Company:

My client is a FinTech business specialized in online payments since 2004. They have grown exponentially and now they have an international team of 600+ across 8 global offices and supporting nearly 100,000 active clients and they have become a market-leading international payments company. The solution they offer ensures that transactions between B2B and B2C worldwide are made cheaper and easier.

The role:

I am looking for a motivated, ambitious and target driven professional to join their company for a Senior Sales role in London. You will responsible for outbound calls, identify new seller opportunities, promoting the benefits of the company in line with FX needs and potential clients, achieving individual sales and revenue targets. You will support the Senior Manager in making appointments and recruiting new customers. You will also receive a training in order to get to know the products. You don't need to have direct experience in the field!


  • You speak and write English on a fluent level
  • You have affinity with Payment Solutions and you want to become an expert in
  • Strong communication skills
  • Have a commercial mindset, engaged and willing to learn
  • You have a shovel eye for Sales Opportunity
  • You have a just do it mentality, decision making
  • You like to work with targets

Our Offer:
