The Opportunity:

  • This role will see an experienced Business Development Manager looking for the next step in their career to work within a small but experienced team!
  • Full autonomy to target potential clients in ways that play to your strengths
  • Obviously an excellent commission scheme, but along with Team and individual incentives and bonuses; aimed and tailored around the way YOU want to be rewarded!
  • WE MAKE GOOD USE OF AMSTERDAM'S OFFERINGS IN TERMS OF BOAT TRIPS, EXCURSIONS, FIRST-CLASS FOOD OFFERING AND A CANAL-SIDED OFFICE, WITH ALL THE TECH YOU NEED.

You:

  • It is essential that you speak both Dutch and English, fluently.
  • Essential Business Development or Sales experience targeting decision makers
  • Preferable experience within Recruitment Agency
  • You buzz off the business development process - speaking to decision makers, engaging with potential clients and looking for new ways to source potential new
  • Prior experience in placing within the following markets would be ideal - Digital, Creative & Marketing, Healthcare & Medical Devices or Architectural & Design.
  • You will be confident in your approach; self-motivated and willing to be an integral part of a growing team.
  • As standard, you will have a vibrant personality and a strong sense of humour!
