Functieomschrijving Business Development Manager Rotterdam area, Netherlands€5,400 monthly (negotiable) + Commission One of our clients is currently on the look out for a Business Development Manager to head up their European division close to Rotterdam. This role will require someone to successfully build a quality client base across the Netherlands and Europe. You will be a self- starting sales professional who has a proven track record of winning clients and exceeding targets. Other duties will include: Identifying and chasing new business opportunitiesDeveloping a quality sales pipelineDevising and implementing a sales strategy to target leads and convert new business successfullyAct as the face and ambassador for the business and the brandWorking closely with the marketing team to optimise social media usage and other marketing tools.Attend Business Development and Marketing eventsRegularly achieve and exceed aggressive sales targetsSales reports to be tracked and delivered back to the team in the USExperience required: Over 5 years' sales experience within IT Managed solutions, SAAS or Cloud hostingProven track record of monthly and annual sales achievementsExperience in prospecting at an Executive levelExcellent negotiation skillsNative or fluent Dutch and English both verbal and writtenAbility to acquire cold business across EuropeSelf-starter and self-motivatedIn- depth sales, pricing and sales strategy knowledgecom experience is requiredWilling to travel across Netherlands and Europe regularly This is a fantastic opportunity and along with a negotiable salary, great company benefits there will be up to 3-4 trips to the US annually for company meet ups and training.
