Business Development Manager, Amsterdam

Our client has become one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. In 3 years they have grown without any external funding to a team of over 150 professionals in the Nordics, the Netherlands and the USA. These 3 markets are the cornerstones in their expansion strategy. Amsterdam is their main European hub, with a goal to grow exponential this year.

The traditional way of prospecting is inefficient and takes a lot of time, my client solves this by transforming unorganized open data into useable leads. A lead generation platform.

Our client wants to be leading this change, they will be solving this shift by doing the same for B2B that Google did for B2C: reading all the information about organisations and legal entities, extracting facts from that data and finally listing and segmenting them on their platform in the most meaningful form. In this way their users will get an answer to their most relevant question:


You will be part of the team that is responsible for new customer acquisition and the company's growth in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. You will own the whole sales funnel from prospecting to contacting leads and closing deals, and you can also participate in marketing, recruitment and product development. Your workplace is located in the city centre of Amsterdam.

Skills you'll need:

· HBO Degree
· Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English.
· Good organisation skills.
· Interpersonal and relationship building skills
· Motivated and competitive self-starter.
· Sales experience (SaaS)
· Ready to challenge yourself and put in 100% to ensure that their company will become a global success story.
· Result-oriented and a strong interest in a selling role (prospecting, contacting potential customers, closing deals)
· Used to setting the bar high and achieving your goals.
· 2-3 years experience in selling a SaaS solution or technology in B2B is an advantage.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proactive, Flexible and above all team player.
