Based in Utrecht, our client has grown from strength-to-strength in the last 10 years, opening up relationships with some of the country's biggest retailers, specialist brands, media agencies and companies focused on all things family! They have grown a massive network and exploit this in order to deliver and arrange successful affiliate-marketing and online campaigns, aimed at increasing market-share, online traffic and customers.

As a Business Development Manager, responsible for acquiring new clients, you will reach out to advertisers, media agencies and retailers, to sell them the client's integrated-solutions including lead-generation, social-media marketing campaigns, online-traffic campaigns, sponsored campaigns etc.

You will chase down both cold leads - found by yourself, but also warm ones from the client's massive network of over 6000 partners, putting together a proposal for them, before going to meet them, to close off the business. Having a strong knowledge of Digital-marketing and Affiliate campaigns, you will advise potential customers of the right products, what would work best for the campaign and be results focused!

This role will require a mixture of being in the office and out on the road, meeting clients and prospects!

Skills you'll need...

- Ideally a Bachelors or HBO in a marketing or business related degree;

- 2-3 years B2B New Business development or sales experience in the Netherlands.

- Preferably, this experience will be in online-marketing, performance-marketing, lead-generation environment;

- You will be energetic, passionate and hard-working - not afraid to pick up the phone or go to visit new clients;

- You will be motivated to work in a boutique but wide-reaching Marketing agency, with a close team, that is also family run;

- Highly-organised and able to manage your time effectively;

- An interest in family institutions, kids and all things family-related is highly-prefered as this is the customer's 'bread-and-butter'.
