How will you make this big impact?From day one you will be the first point of contact and a respected representative of the company.Being part of the offline sales team within the Telecoms team.As the Offline Channel Manager you are an expert within online marketing who has a strong commercial drive and together with the sales manager drive the offline strategy, tactics and operations together.Responsible for creating a channel plan with the operations team to provide the capacity planning and improving the offline processes.Act as key stakeholder for the IT and Business Intelligence teams.Strong negotiator.Advising the marketing team and has experience as a marketer themselves.Hands-on channel manager with excellent negotiating skills.Coordinating the internal and external Sales Teams.Training your team on use of the CRM systems and tracking of their KPI's.Naturally possess a positive attitude with the ability to manage your time effectively, work- load and client expectations in order to consistently deliver results and an exceptional service.Charisma and charm will be an essential characteristics required to interact with your senior colleagues to report on different aspects of the sales lifecycle. The essentials:Native Level of Dutch are essential.5 Years + of experience in a commercial organisation (experience in Telecoms or Energy is a plus)HBO Educated minimum.Experience working in a call centre.Expertise within Energy and/or Telecoms industry.A personable character who is confident, social and easy to talk to.If you can speak more than one language including English then you can tick another box!Obviously well organised, IT literate with a second nature in effectively managing your time.
