Channel Manager - Resellers Energy - Utilities Company- up to EUR 50k Salary + Commission + Bonus - Zeeland, Netherlands.

Who we are looking for?

My client who work in the Energy and Telecoms industry is looking for a Channel Manager who is dedicated to Sales, has a hunters mentality and who is looking to make a big impact from day one.

How will you make this big impact?

  • From day one you will be the first point of contact and a respected representative of the company.
  • Responsible for developing a network of relevant and profitable retail outlets like dealers, partner stores, owned stores, D2D parties etc...
  • Working directly with stakeholders to define the channel strategy focused on sales partners and resellers.
  • Having a hunters mentality you will look for opportunities to grow revenue and move forward in converting potential customers into clients.
  • Coordinating the internal and external Sales Teams.
  • Training your team on use of the CRM systems and tracking of their KPI's.
  • Continually research, map and develop plans for each prospect.
  • Naturally possess a positive attitude with the ability to manage your time effectively, work- load and client expectations in order to consistently deliver results and an exceptional service.
  • Charisma and charm will be an essential characteristics required to interact with your senior colleagues to report on different aspects of the sales lifecycle.

The essentials:

  • Native Level of Dutch are essential.
  • 5 Years + of experience in a commercial organisation (experience in Telecoms or Energy is a plus)
  • HBO Educated minimum.
  • Expertise within Energy and/or Telecoms industry.
  • A personable character who is confident, social and easy to talk to.
  • If you can speak more than one language including English then you can tick another box!
  • Obviously well organised, IT literate with a second nature in effectively managing your time.
