Denovo is working in partnership with a major Technology Distribution & solutions provider, to recruit an experienced Contact Center Sales Director. This professional will take overall responsiblity, for a team of 30+ sales professionals and lead on the delivery of a major sales project, on behalf of distinguished Technologoy Manufacturers of hardware, software & security projects.

Based on site in the client's Netherlands' HQ, in the Utrecht area, you will be responsible for Business Development Managers, Team Leaders, Inside Sales Executives and Telemarketers; ensuring they are promoting and successfully selling the diverse product ranges of the clients, in line with Company protocol and the overall sales strategy.

Having strong previous experience in managing Contact Centers and also knowledge of the IT Networking market, you will have a strong understanding of working with Vendors, understanding their project demands and ensuring strong profitability for both them and your business. As a result, you will understand how to follow P&L and ensure all direct-reports - particularly managers or Team Leads - understand the importance of this.

At an Operational level, you will promote an excellent working environment, based on diversity, Internationalism, multi-culturalism and fairness, motivating sales teams in a fun but professional manner and ensuring the effective recruitment of the correct people for the team. You may also be required to travel both within the Netherlands and around Europe - the UK, Germany, Nordics for example - to vist clients or trade fairs.

Skills you'll need...

- Fluent in both English & another European language - both written and oral;

- A minimum of 10 years B2B sales experience in the IT industry - whether this is for hardware, software or Security Products for example;

- A minimum of 3 years successful experience of Contact-Center Management or Senior Management, with P&L responsibility of at least 30 sales (inbound or outbound) or Customer Service agents;

- You must have a strong knowledge of the IT Industry across Europe and be able to network accordingly;

- Excellent people-management skills as standard, able to lead but also motivate a diverse team, with different levels of experience;

- Excellenty skills of financial forecasting, budgetting and planning, in order to ensure targets are met;

- A strong ability to delegate and support your Team leaders in leading their sales teams;

- Able to work with IT vendors/manufacturers at the Corporate level, translating and agreeing of project objectives, that will guarantee both revenue success and customer success;

- Willing to travel both nationally and around Europe to meet both Vendors and satellite sales teams;

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and proven background of hiring and developing teams;

- Self-motivated and energetic - able to instill this energy into your various sales teams and drive results;

- An excellent fixed starting salary - between €60,000 and €70,000 + Commission - OTE up to €120,000;
