Customer Intelligence Manager
Up to €70,000 Depending on experience
Our Customer is a major Regional, multi-focused Dutch Utilities company that is on the lookout for a Customer Intelligence Manager, to be based on-site in their Zeeland office!
You will work with the different branches - Telecoms, Energy, Gas for example - to communicate the insights, that will fuel marketing strategies, retention and campaigns. You will report directly to the CCO.

Skills you'll need..

  • A Masters or at least BA/HBO in Economics, Business Administration is essential.
  • You must have a minimum 5 years experience in database marketing, Customer or Partner intelligence projects,
  • Ideally you will have worked in either an Energy, Telecoms or Utilities environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and oral).
  • Ability to manage a highly-diverse workload and an even higher volume of information.
  • Excellent networking skills and ability to manage relationships with Key stakeholders across IT departments, sales and marketing teams etc.
  • Can think critically and always strive for strong results!
