Functieomschrijving Customer Intelligence Manager Up to €70,000 Depending on experience Zeeland Our Customer is a major Regional, multi-focused Dutch Utilities company that is on the lookout for a Customer Intelligence Manager, to be based on-site in their Zeeland office! You will work with the different branches - Telecoms, Energy, Gas for example - to communicate the insights, that will fuel marketing strategies, retention and campaigns. You will report directly to the CCO. Skills you'll need..A Masters or at least BA/HBO in Economics, Business Administration is essential.You must have a minimum 5 years experience in database marketing, Customer or Partner intelligence projects,Ideally you will have worked in either an Energy, Telecoms or Utilities environment.Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and oral).Ability to manage a highly-diverse workload and an even higher volume of information.Excellent networking skills and ability to manage relationships with Key stakeholders across IT departments, sales and marketing teams etc.Can think critically and always strive for strong results!
