What you'll do...Our Customer is a major Regional, multi-focused Dutch Utilities company that is on the lookout for a Customer Intelligence Manager, to be based on-site in their Zeeland office! This professional will manage the team is responsible for analysing Customer activity and trends, competitor behaviour and communicating this, wtihin the business, in order to maximise on both retentions and new business and new marketing strategies.The team also shares this information with Customers in order to keep them informed of market-activity, offers, opportunity to maximise on their deal, in order to maintain excellent Customer relationships. As Customer Intelligence Manager for both the Energy & Telecoms teams, you will work with market researchers and analysts, Database managers, to produce solid reports on the various different Customer markets, that the Company focus. You will work with the different branches - Telecoms, Energy, Gas for example - to communicate the insights, that will fuel marketing strategies, retention and campaigns.
