Having almost doubled their revenue scores in 2018 across Europe alone, they have Mid-tier to Enterprise Level Customers, who they supply with top-of-the-range Print, Print-Management and Design services, along with other Consulting and Project Management service, aimed at maximising the Client's marketing project.Due to very strong market conditions and as part of the European Department's growth strategy, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Director - with a good understanding of the Print & Digital Industry in the BeNeLux, if not across Europe - who will be responsible for winning new tenders and projects.You will work with the existing Accounts and Delivery team, to work out what wins can be made with current clients, but the main focus will be to search the market, put together a detailed Sales Plan and reach out to the client in the hope of setting up conversations, which will end up in securing new Service agreements.In a role where you will travel extensively to meet prospects and also attend trade fairs, this role will require someone who understands the market, but is also a natural sales professional, who knows how to tailor specific pitches, can deal with longer-term sales cycles, but also look for quicker victories.Why you should apply for this job…You will work in a truly forward-thinking Company, in a lean Division, but with decades of International experience in Print and POS;An excellent work-environment, whether in the office, or on the road, with an excellent salary, Commission structure and package;The chance to work with and close deals with some the coolest brands in Fashion, Retail and Electronics for example;Excellent support and Accounts services and the autonomy to do your job the way you want to;The chance to take your Sales leadership to the next level!
