The company is made up of highly-experienced Commercial, Sales, Management and Technical Software developers, with a large network in Oil & Gas. The Company offer a unique software tool to players in the Oil & Gas Production Industry, but also to technical Industries like Construction, Hospitals and Healthcare.The solution is aimed around process improvement and ensuring multi-lateral compliance for the workforce, when complex and often dangerous or high-pressure Projects are taking place. The client already have engagements with some of the world's largest O&G & LNG Operators in the world and some medium tier and national players in Europe, the Middle-East & Asia.Joining this talented team, you will be a crucial part of the Company's growth, as you take over pre-existing accounts, research and and approach potential new clients, to discuss a solution. You will be responsible for trying to upscale sales with pre-existing accounts and looking for deals that can turn quickly, with new clients. As this is a technical software solution, you will contribute to tenders, deliver software demonstrations and presentations to customers and attend trade and networking events worldwide, to try and raise the profile of the solution. Based out of Amsterdam, a considerable amount of time will be spent out of the office, in particular in developing opportunities in the Middle East and Europe.Skills you'll need...- It is essential you have a background in B2B sales within the Oil & Gas, LNG, Production Industry, selling technical solutions. - You will also have a large network of Senior or Executive Level contacts within Operators, in Europe, the Middle East and America.- You will have a proven track-record of selling high-valued solutions - €500k + - and you can work independently to develop business, generate revenue and secure appointments.- You will be able to engage with other Consultancy partners and Service Companies, as a means of maximising sales through this Channel.- Whilst coming with a strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas market, you will have a knowledge and interest in software systems, being tech-savvy enough to deliver presentations and demos.- You understand QHSE procedures in high-pressure/low margin for error Industries and are creative in integrating these into a sales solution.- It is essential you are prepared to travel over 50% of the time across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and even the US.- While Dutch would be useful, it is only essential that you are fluent in English!
