Head of Partnerships

Lead from the front, by managing relationships with key Corporate Partners - some of the world's most successful brands - drive revenue and partnership acquisition, for a growing Member-Discount Company.

Denovo offers you the chance to join one of Europe's fastest-growing E-Commerce Companies as their Head of Partnerships for the Netherlands. You will be responsible for managing the Business Unit, charged with managing existing relationships and building new ones, with a diverse range of partners in sports and active lifestyle. Based in Amsterdam, you will coach and grow your team to hit the targets based on both revenue and brand growth. You will work with your team to identify new business opportunities for the Dutch market, while keeping updated with the Companies strategy implementations. Leading from the front, you will also keep a small amount of special accounts, that are integral to the company. You will report into the Country Manager and keep in contact with other Head of Business Units.

The Company work with large Dutch and International brands to provide their employees with exclusive benefits and membership discounts, while helping to raise the profile of some of the finest and most diverse sports and active lifestyle institutions in the Netherlands.

Skills you'll need...

- A minimum of 5 years Division or team management, preferably within a growing or Established E-Commerce brand.

- A proven business development and commercial background - you know how it is to be part of a start-up organisation that is now a scale up, going through infrastructure developments.

- Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to take care of all necessary admin and reporting, while motivating your sales team.

- You will be naturally creative, able to think of innovative ways to inspire your team and inspire new partnerships.

- You will be educated to BA level.

- Fluent in both Dutch and English.

- As standard, you must be confident with presenting to and communicating with both large and small, Corporate and Boutique clients.

- Flexible to travel around the Netherlands on a regular basis if needed.

- It is important you are passionate about fitness and sports.

- Can think outside the box, like to work in a relaxed environment but are a self-starter and motivated.
