Denovo is working exclusively with one of the world's largest and most successful distributors of technology products - both hardware & software and at present, they are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Representative, to cover their Dell EMC portfolio.
Based on site at the client's NL HQ in South Utrecht, you will spend your time on a daily basis answering both phone and email enquiries from your clients - in this case Resellers of Dell hardware & software - communicating with them over the phone to upsell further products or solutions, manage the order process and in general, any activity to improve the relationship.
This is a role where the majority of your role will be inbound sales and account management (80%), with 20% focused on outbound sales - ALL to existing clients or warm lead-inquiries!
Skills you'll need…
You must be HBO/MBO educated - as you will need to get your head around complex IT products and equipment.
- You must have 1-2 years in an IT or Digital B2B sales discipline whether this has been account management or new business generation;
- You have a lot of energy, are self-motivated and enjoy selling over the phone;
- You can be solution-focused in your sales approach - understanding that what you offer your clients is not a one-size fit all solution!
- Ideally you will have a good understanding of Dell EMC or Dell IT hardware, however, this is not essential!
- You like to work as part of a team, but can also portray a competitive sales nature;
- Native level in Dutch and also fluent in English;

- Starting Base salary €2,500 - €3,000 per month (dependent upon experience) + 8% holiday pay + pension, +travel allowance + 28 holidays + insurance + healthcare.
