Covering th BeNeLux market, you will work out of the client's offices, engaging with key clients, to maximise customer success and engagement. Your customers will come from the Industries mentioned above and there is room for specialisation within, in order to become an innovation leader within the organisation. Using your strong technical Engineering knowledge, but also strong communication skills, you can work collaborativelty with your clients, unlock potential areas for improvement in their experience, but also look for opportunites to grow revenue for your territory.You will work closely with the Sales team, participate in Company events, produce reports outlining Client visits and update the Company CRM, constantly looking for ways to increase sales.Responsibility breakdown: 50% - delivering current accounts/customer management40% - delivering to new leads from the Business Development team10% - personal lead and prospect generationSkills you'll need... - You will be qualified with an Engineering Degree, Information & Technology or Scientific (Physics Degree).- 1-2 years in a Sales or Marketing capacity would be advantageous, but if not, just the motivation and energy to excel in a sales function! - Ideally, you will have working experience in one of the following industries - Energy, Automotive, Aviation, Electronics, Research for example. - This role will be based in the office, so you will need to be self-motivated, driven and chief of all a strong team-player!- Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and oral). Any other language skills would also be useful, as part of a highly-international team! - Operational knowledge of all Microsoft applications (PP, Excel etc.).- Hands-on experience with CRM systems would be a plus.- Knowledge and experience of LabVIEW software would also be advantageous.- You will be a quick analytical thinker, able to process and analyse lots of technical information!
