What you'll do...Working at the client's office, in the heart of one of Amsterdam's most vibrant Business districts, you will become a key player within the Companies Inside Sales team, which links closely to the Account Management, Finance and Technical teams. Having a large focus on both sales and Processes, this role will see you speaking with clients, taking care of small or medium-value sales, putting together quotations, purchasing, managing orders and upholding invoicing processes.You will work with the Outside Account Managers, whenever a technical tender is needed to be presented and you will use your knowledge of the IT Consulting, software & hardware industry to provide sound advice to clients for internal enquiries. You may also be enquired to represent the Inside sales team in process-improvement projects with other departments - IT/Technical, Finance, Outside sales etc. The client has built a reputation for success within the various SME industries across the Netherlands, working with Companies as wide-ranging as Law Firms, Banks & finance and retailers for example. They focus on long-term relationships with customers, are massively profitable and invest heavily in their staff!Skills you'll need...- A minimum of 3 years experience in (Inside) sales, within the IT, Digital or technology industries.- Ideally you will have worked for a company offering IT Consulting, MSP services, Cloud-hosting, remote and technical support as well.- A further knowledge of IT equipment and software would be useful, including servers & workstations.- You will be passionate about working in a commercial position, providing technical sales solutions in a varied role.- You must have experience in Sales support & administration as well - order processing, quotations, Purchasing, client-relationship management and be able to sniff out sales or revenue-generating opportunities.- You are a team player, motivated by working together with others to come to a client-focused solution.- Fluent in both Dutch & English (written and oral) and are a strong communicator.- You must be willing to work full-time in the office, with very little time spent out visiting customers.What's on offer..?- A strong Base salary, somewhere between €30,000 and €45,000 per year.- An excellent company Pension, health insurance, travel allowance and a commission scheme- The chance to work for one of the longest-serving and most successful SME MSP companies in NL that constantly evolves.- Fun Company events, lunches and monthly drinks - a strong family feel.- A state-of-the-art office, closeby to some of Amsterdam's most happening areas.
