Functieomschrijving Account Manager DACH - GERMAN SPEAKER- Haarlem, Netherlands Up to €38,000 - Negotiable One of our key clients is looking to recruit an Account Manager, inside sales to manage the Dach region out of their office in Haarlem. They are looking for an ambitious individual who can develop excellent relationships and new business, you will be part of an extended team mainly based out of the USA, but you will have team members within the office in the Netherlands. Other duties will include: Working closely with account executives to develop client relationships and win business for them on the roadOutbound sales methods to arrange meetings and qualify leadsEffectively prospect, qualify and chase up new clientsWork closely with marketing and the extended sales team both locally and in the USA to strengthen brand and Sales pipelineConsistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targetsWork with teams across the group to develop strategic sales plansOther Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceExperience selling Software / SAAS solutionsMust reside in Amsterdam, NetherlandsLanguage: fluent in English and German (native German speaker preferred)Drives for results, overcomes objections, and closes deals.Team Player.Strong interpersonal skills that must be complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills; along with presentation and analytical skills. In return for your skills and experience our client is looking to pay up to €38,000 basic salary + 8% holiday pay + Commission and other company benefits, you will also go over to the USA for group training throughout the year.
