Functieomschrijving Native UK Team Leader Inside Sales Contact Center Houten, The Netherlands Our Client is a massive technology distributor of category-leading solutions in Security, Collaboration, Networking, and Data Center. They are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Native UK Team lead with a sales profile and a drive to expand their current business. You will be working proactively with and supervising the Inside Sales Team with the aim to build intensive relationships with their current and future customers based on well-thought Marketing campaigns and propositions that are developed together with Vendors. You will be working in their Velocity Expertise Contact Center with 40+ like-minded people at the Houten (NL) office which is designed to optimize support and give the 'best place to work' feeling. Your team will consist of about 20 Inside Saleswomen and men and you will be primarily responsible for their success! Native speaker in one of the European languages and this needs to be combined with a business level English. Duties and responsibilities Supervising a team of approx. 20 Salespeople and make sure they meet targets.Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.Seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products when they arise.Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.Frequently attend educational workshops to improve the knowledge and performance level.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.Meet the assigned sales revenue targetsMaximise the revenue from by proactive calloutsDelivery of compelling and engaging messages to our customersDeliver accurate quotes to partners in a timely mannerEnsure that all quotes are followed up and a resolution recorded Have what it takes? You are a Salesperson at heart and a highly motivated Supervisor/Team Lead with excellent people management skills and a sharp eye for cultural differences.You are the person to go to for people on your team with any question they may have.Your role will be to motivate, coach, guide and work alongside with the team on a daily basis so they can become the best performer they can be.It's important that you and your team constantly proactively collaborate with the Telemarketing Team, Vendors, Resellers and other Sales Teams in the company to become the preferred and trusted supplier for partners and have optimal benefit from (tactical) callouts from yourself and your team.There's no doubt you have very strong written and verbal communication and sales skills and Microsoft applications like Word, Outlook, Excel have no secrets for you.It essential that you have a positive personality and can maintain an upbeat environment. Understanding the different dynamics of a channel strategy.Proven people manager skills.Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Supervisor/Team Lead Call Center with 10+ staff.Ability to drive Sales Strategy through the effective motivation of the Inside Sales Team.Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
