Functieomschrijving What you'll do...Are you the type of person who holds it all together? And, are you challenged by the opportunity to Coordinate the critically-important aspects of a turn-key Energy project? In this role you will take the lead on coordinating a major High-voltage cable Installation project, in particular the logisitcs of commissioning, testing, connecting and measuring of the cables. As the Project Coordinator, you are responsible for material and resource management, based on the Industry regulations and standards. Other responsibilities to expect on a daily basis....- full registration of the project for internal records.- You will digitize all incoming project folders and ensure the client has all digital drawings.- ensure all relevant parties are updated with all project-specific dates - Preparation; go-live etc.- Ensure effective reporting to all relecant agencies, and you will keep track of the relevant implementation plans in correspondence with the project manger and Project director.- You will create workflows subcontractors and suppliers and ensure all equipment is pre-registered.- You will also as required, draft concept invoices. The skills you'll need a daily basis....- Educated to HBO level, ideally in engineering, Project Management, or a technical function. - You must have a minimum of 3-5 years working in a similar function on Energy-related projects within the following industries - Oil & Gas, LNG, High-Voltage Cables, renewables.- It would be usefull if you have spent a number of years in a function such as; Contract Administrator, Illustrator, Engineer or Estimator for example.- Excellent supply chain and Logistics experience - you know where stuff is, when it's supposed to be there, doing what it's supposed to!!- Knowledge and experience with the current contractual forms, UAV-GC and UAV 2012;- You must be fully-proficient in the MS Office suite - excellent Commercial and business acumen and accountable in front of the client!- It is essential that you are prepared to travel within the Netherlands and overseas, in support of project delivery.- You must have a valid Dutch driving license, at level B.- You must be fluent in both English and dutch.
