As part of our growth and success, we are looking for talented multi-lingual recruiters to recruit to both international markets and deal with language-specific requirements on a local level. The languages are typically German, French, Spanish, Polish or a Scandinavian language.

  • It is essential that you speak English fluently AND one of the following languages fluently - German, French, Spanish, Polish, or a Scandinavian language.
  • It is essential you have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience -preferably 360 but a purely delivery focus is also fine - in a Technical market - IT, Software, Media, Marketing etc.
  • You buzz off the recruitment process - speaking to candidates, meeting with your clients to maintain a relationship, looking for new ways to source talentg and closing deals!
  • Experience in placing Sales, Marketing or Executive professionals would be brilliant, but not essential.
  • Comfortable with run
  • You will be hard-working, have a lot of energy, no 9-5 mentality and willing to go the extra-mile to make placements as standard!
  • Used to a high-volume and managing a large desk of 8+ recruitment projects at one time!
  • You will be confident in your approach; self-motivated and willing to be an integral part of a growing team.
  • As standard, you will have a great personality, an interesting party-piece and as standard you get on well within a diverse team!
