Taking charge of a team of 5, you will lead sales acquisition and delivery activities, to the small-to-medium-sized MSP Industry, offering them Backup, Recovery & Business Continuity services to name a few.Having a strong background in this sort of solution and with a prior track-record of selling to the Managed Serviced Provider (MSP) market, you will be responsible for sales growth, through effective planning, development and leadership of the team. You will also have a hand in managing partnerships & some accounts within the channel, as part of the team.You will be responsble for reporting into management in both the UK and US, ensure objectives and company-wide campaigns are initiated. You will participate in Trade events and Marketing campaigns, to raise the profile of the organisation in this Region. An excellent opportunity for a solid Sales Management or Business Development professional, looking to take their next steps into team leadership or management with a growing international brand!Skills you'll need...- You will be degree educated, preferably in an IT or Digital discipline.- Fluent in German to Native level, as well as in English.- 5 + years proven track record of selling to MSP providers, preferably Small to medium in size, but also Corporate or multi-national.- 5+ years sales experience in Cyber- Security, selling Hybrid Cloud solutions, SaaS Backup or Business Continuity- Previous experience in leading a team of up to 10 people, selling to the MSP channel would be advantageus. - Willng to put in the hard-effort involved with managing a tight-team, grow a Company's profile in the region and a natural visionary. - Comfortably with reporting into management overseas and travelling as the role dictates - the UK, US, DACH region.-Executive engagement with C level executive partners and Clients.- Interested in growing a team, developing them and supporting a positive workning environement.
