Sales Manager - B2B - IT Networking Distribution - Eindhoven

What you'll do...

Joining our distinguished client in their Eindhoven HQ, you will take the lead of the Company's Corporate Account management team - a team of 8 inside and out sales professionals - who are selling both hardware and software Infrastructure solutions to Value-Added resellers, Partners and System Integrators.

You will work with the Directors and the strategic vendors, to define the specific sales strategies, before translating their needs to your team and planning and agreeing with them desired outcomes and sales targets.

You will be responsible for commercial and operational management of your team, including all KPI management, training, development, hiring and activity, as well as meeting strategic customers face-to-face with your Account Managers, going to trade fairs and of course working with Senior Management to implement strategy and Product development.

This role will require you to use your network of contacts within the IT industry on a local level in the Netherlands, but also across Europe, and you wll be required to travel up to 40% of the time, both locally and internationally, to meet clients, attend Conferences and trade fairs.

Skills you'll need..

- You will preferably be educated to Bachelors or Masters Level.

- You must have a minimum of 10 years B2B Sales in the HT hardware, Software and Infrastructure Industry in the Netherlands and Europe.

- You must have a large network within the above mentioned industries and use this to support commercial development within your team;

- A minimum of 5 years people or team management skills in a fast-paced sales environment - the majority of this role will involve supporting and developing your team;

- You will have a solid Sales, Account management and business development background and can demonstrate these skills, to the advantage of your team;

- You must have an excellent commercial mind, able to prioritise activity that will generate revenue, but also a solid Customer Success;

- Comfortable with travel to partners and client-facing activity;

- Ideally you will have a solid knowledge of Audio-Visual technology, digital signage etc, but this is not essential;

- Fluent in both Dutch & English written and oral;

- You will have a lot of energy, are a self-start and natural leader;
