They offer a range of services foir the supply, testing and performance-management, as well as excess-management of high-performing components, sold to World-leaders in Aviation, Healthcare, Technology and Security for example!They are urgently looking for a talented professional, with a proven track record of Sales Management, leading a succesful team of up to 15 Sales Representatives & Account Managers, in hitting their targets, increasing the EMEA division's gross profit and raising the profile of the brand!This role is both strategic and operational and will see an experienced Sales Manager, work with Management to drive the development of new account generation and delivery plans, review progress with individual account managers, deliver and implement training processes and motivate the team operationally. You will run a truly international and diverse team, with reps managing and acquiring clients, throughout the whole region of EMEAThis is a role for someone with high-energy, strong character, an understanding of technical, solution sales and no 9-to-5 mentality!Skills you'll need...- It is essential that you have at least 3-5 years sales management experience, combining both operational and strategic responsibility.- Preferably you will have managed a team of 10 - 20 sales reps or account managers and can demonstrate sales successes.- A technical knowledge of Electronic components, Instrumentation, IT hardware or equipment would be highly-beneficial.- You must be able to show how you have led sales teams tactically - growing profit, maximised account value, recruiting the right people.- Educated to HBO level or have strong equivalent experience.- You can lead in an open plan, energetic office environment and sales floor.- You can prove your sales ability through engaging directly with clients & customers - whether over the phone, in conference calls or face-to-face! - The role will mostly be based in the client's central Amsterdam office, but you may be required to travel across EMEA, in support of your team.- Can deliver training and motivate your team, encouraging them to towards personal goals.- You must be fluent in English, but knowledge of one of the following languages would be helpful - Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Russian or Mandarin.What's on offer...?- An excellent base salary between €70,000 - €90,000 with a fantastic commission scheme taking the OTE to €200k + - commission is uncapped;- Package including Pension, Healthcare, gym membership and travel allowance;- Holiday pay, team incentives and trips and other benefits;- The chance to lead an intelligent and motivated team, already in partnership with some of the world's most successful OEMs and tech-developers;- A beatiful office, located centrally in Amsterdam, with close travel connections; Why work with Denovo....
