My client is one of the Netherland's most prestigious and reputable Utilities providers, supplying both Commercial and Consumer Properties across the Country. Due to a recent strategy drive, they are going through a major growth period and are looking to add an experiences Sales Manager from the telecoms industry, with a strong background in B2C (Business-2-Consumer) Sales strategies. You will have overall repsonsibility for both the Sales Strategy and results from all relevant sales channels including Oubound and inbound telephone sales, the Online, Outdoor and Shopfront retail teams. You will oversee online strategies, ensuring the generation of quality leads through AdWords, display campaigns, price-comparison sites and affiliate networks, all in the interest of increasing the client's profile in Zeeland. Some responsibilities include:Leading, motivating and developing a department of sales professionals.Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets throughout the team.The development of a strategic and operational channel plan and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Setting up and managing an effective incentive/ commission system and responsible for the reporting throughout the business.The effective management of the Sales Acquisition Costs.Managing the personal development of the people in the team including, knowledge, skills and behaviour.Skills you'll need:Minimum 5 year's experience in Utilities / Telecom Sales with a demonstrably successful result.Experience in managing outbound/ door-to-door teams.The ability to motivate, develop and inspire the sales team.Excellent communication skills, the ability to convincingly sell plans both within and outside the organisation.Extremely high degree of focus on both the results and sales drive.
