My client is a global leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) Their solution is a smart fleet management and optimization software. It's an enhanced software equipped with advanced technologies. It can help your business reduce fuel costs, improve productivity and customer service.

They are searching for an experienced Sales Partner to join their team based in Warsaw, Poland.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Modify presentations, demos, and talk track as needed based on client industry.
  • Conduct High Volume web-based demos within territory to identify new prospects, negotiate, close deals.
  • Present solutions to new prospects to meet business needs and represent ROI.
  • Plan and prioritize activity and sales pipeline for Business Development Reps to achieve goals with an emphasis on team management, productivity and accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all solutions offered and awareness of the competition (i.e. - market share, pricing, services offered, etc.).
  • Meets regularly with team members either individually or in groups to provide feedback, coaching, and direction for daily sales activities.
  • Direct the presentation of the company's solutions through web demonstrations and occasionally visits at prospects' locations.
  • Communicate with other various departments in collaborative efforts.
  • Complete all required documentation and reporting including call and meeting activity, forecasting and bids and proposals within assigned territory.
  • Work closely with referral partners such as Verizon Wireless Reps to capture additional business in the accessible market.
  • Communicate with other various departments in collaborative efforts.


  • 5-7 years of B2B inside sales experience
  • Strong territory and contact management skills required
  • Possess strong consultative and solution selling skills
  • A working technical knowledge of SaaS and Cloud Computing
  • Experience selling software solutions is preferred, but not essential
  • Good communication skills
