Senior Account Director Native Dutch
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Account Director is responsible for the development and growth of key Global accounts. This role is essential in strengthening relationships with the client and identifying growth opportunities for the business by ensuring the client is aware of and understands the full range of services offered.
The Account Director will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational managements of the account, whilst managing key projects, developing a network of suppliers and managing their performance ensuring all work is completed in line with the SLA.
This role involves the coordination of services and ensuring that the quality of service meets the client's expectations. A strong understanding of contracted terms and service levels is required, as well as taking ownership for overall financial performance of an account.
The specific Account Director role in the Benelux team includes an element of change management. The existing organisation was recently merged from two operational teams into a new Benelux structure. The newly created role of Account Director will need to bring professional focus to drive value for local clients, also a new compelling standard of leading an account team needs to be set.
