You will be responsible for managing the strategic development of the company's most prestigious accounts.The role will include:Actively drive client activity and suggest strategic and tactical solutions to their marketing objectives.Senior client point of contact including management of all client requests, contract negotiation and timely, insightful and accurate reporting of regular status meetings.Be responsible for the leadership, motivation and development throughout the accounts team.Drive the business forward by identifying proactive initiatives, which add value and exceed client expectations.Overall delivery of great client service.The ideal candidate will have:5 years' proven experience within a Client Account facing agency role.Expertise in marketing and sales; knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics.Proven ability to manage teams within a creative, fast-paced environment.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Mac platform. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and develop relationships at all levels.Sound creative, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent Management and team playing skills, with the ability to work alone and use own initiative.Calm under pressure with the ability to work to multiple deadlines.
