Our client is an industry specialist, with 200+ people worldwide, representing the company in Europe, the Far-East and North America. Having their foundations in the Eindhoven area, the client is recognised as one of the world's leading outsourced integrators of supply-chain solutions, designed to take away the complexities of their client's production facility operations.

The company will take over responsibility for MRO(maintenance, repair and operations), as well as sourcing the correct components, consult to improve efficiencies and productivity, all while guaranteeing that their customer will continue to thrive in the market-place.

Due to the acquisition a new, esteemed corporate client, the customer needs a talented Senior Key Account Manager, based out of Eindhoven, but will also travel around Europe to meet with client representatives at their various offices and production facilities. You will be responsible for total commercial management and growth of this particular customer and will look at ways to improve best practice and scale up results.

You will need to actively build your international network with the customer at all levels and in business-relevant areas, whilst working closely together to deliver the plans with colleagues.

Skills You Will Need

- You must have either a Bachelors or a Masters in either Business Administration or supply-chain management.

- A minimum of 5+ years commercial sales, or key account management in a consulting, system-integrator or supply-chain focused discipline, with strong experience communicating to C-Level.

- There will be a major focus on Account Management, so you must have a demonstrable background in this.

- Ideally, you will have an understanding of supply-chain solutions, or outsourced supply solutions for sourcing, MRO and material(s) acquisition.

- You must be a star at both consultative selling and value-based selling.

- Can think commercially and look for ways to upscale commercial relationships.

- Willing to travel around Europe on a regular-basis - 50%+.

- Fluent in both English and another European language (Dutch would be useful).

- Able to work closely with other colleagues and be a key team player!
